So it wasn't a Junior Mint, after all. It turns out that the mint-chocolate projectile that Kramer accidentally dropped into the body of Elaine's boyfriend during surgery was a York Peppermint Patty. Evidently, a Junior Mint is too small for the camera to capture, so the larger candy was used.
